Update Support – always up to date

The Update Support program ensures that your users automatically receive the newest version of TRICAD. This means you benefit automatically from the numerous improvements, enhancements and new functions.

Telephone Support – help at the right time

Our Telephone Support program provides TRICAD users with help and problem solving information on the telephone. We will answer your questions, thus helping you to use TRICAD more efficiently. Telephone Support is an important aspect of getting the full economic benefit from TRICAD.

Our helpdesk is available continuously during office hours. The helpdesk agents will automatically ring you back to perform detailed problem solving. Our employees close in on the problem through their conversation with you, and work out a solution. In order to allow us to help you more quickly, we would ask that you gather together the following pieces of information before contacting the helpdesk:

  • An exact description of the problem
  • An exact description of the module

If you have a modem or ISDN connection, our technicians can log directly into your computer. This provides significant additional advantages when correcting problems in the operating system. With the NetOp remote control software, our customer service employees can control your computer directly, starting programs such as TRICAD, Windows Explorer or mh-Software for Windows. In this way, we can perform network configuration, or set up a new printer, for example. Files and directories can be transferred using file transfer functions, and placed in the correct place.
