Mr. Georg Kremer is one of the managing directors of ITandFactory and has over 20 years of experience in the IT-industry. Georg's experience covers multiple business segments like training, consultancy, IT-administration and management. He has worked in various engineering capacities for companies and was involved in the successful setting up of a new IT-service unit for a German engineering company.
Mr. Kremer holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Mr. Hans Ekdahl

Mr. Hans Ekdahl has over 35 years of experience in marketing, strategy, restructuring, M&A and senior management functions. He is currently a director in Neilsoft. Prior to Neilsoft, he has served in various senior management capacities including as chairman of the Delaval Group (Tetra Laval), president & CEO of DeLaval group, and as board member of Arca Systems AB (Industri Kapital company). He was involved in the successful setting up of manufacturing and R&D sites in Poland & Sweden and establishing local assembly & manufacturing plants in India, Brazil, Mexico, Russia and China.
Mr. Ekdahl is a graduate in mathematic & statistics from University of Lund, Sweden and holds an MBA from INSEAD, France.
